Welcome to The Mornington Peninsula Camera Club. We are a small, active and friendly photography club based on the Mornington Peninsula.
Our Camera Club meets on the first Thursday of each month at the Bentons Square Community Centre in Mornington.
We hold competitions for members to showcase their images and have them independently judged. We hold monthly tutorial nights to help you grow your photography skills and quarterly excursions (where practical) to give members the opportunity to practice those skills in a mixture of environments.
We welcome visitors and new members.
View our Calender of Events , Contact Us or just come along to one of our club nights to find out more. You are most welcome.
We are a member of the Victorian Amateur Photographic Society which has around 70 clubs affiliated.
Below is a sample of the monthly themes and images from our 2025 season. Refer to our About Us page for more information or check out our Facebook page .
Monthly Update
Our April judging was "Open". We saw a lot of quality images submitted with 1st place going to Gary Down (A Division) for his image of the Tyabb Airshow and Mark Norman (B Division) for his image of a Swiss Lake. All Electronic images submitted are below.
April will be a busy month for the club with club night, our monthly tutorial on "Action Photography" hosted by Graeme Wagener and our annual Bunnings Sausage Sizzle. This will be held on Sunday the 12th April at Bunnings Mornington. If you are in the area, please drop past, grab a sausage and say hello. We will have club members there to answer any questions you may have about the club if interested.
